Here's a Dutch advocacy slogan which is quite clear in it's activistic tone.
"The Government must help eliminate cars so that bicycles can eliminate government."
A clear message for any bicycle activist with anarchistic leanings.

Is it referring to the idea that there would be less government involved in managing more bikes and less cars. I don't get it.
